What are deceiving spirits?

What is the meaning to depend on the Word to drive out demons?
Jesus drove out demons with the words. (Matthew 8:16) 
What the demons fear the most is the word of God. 
When Jesus was tempted by the devil, what did He do to defeat the temptation? 
It was the Word of God. The Lord said three times “For it is written….”
Jesus, the Son of God, rebuked the devil with the words written in the Bible that we are using now,

Even when people suffered, the Lord drove out demons, nothing else but with the word of God.
‘Driving out demons with the Word’ doesn’t mean driving them out just by sounds of words,
but it is done with the legal power of the Children of God who has the name of Jesus.
There are occasions when demons don’t go out, then we say to demons,
“For it is written, Jesus paid out for this person’s sin. God cursed you, an illegal one!
Jesus ordered you to go out from him.” And then demons leave. 
When we determine to live with the word of God, demons cannot lure us anymore. 
People get lost and wander because he gets easily deceived by the evil spirits
and because there are no God’s word and the truth.
He already saved us from the evil one.

Seoul Sungrak Church      The history of Seoul Sungrak Church started with the first worship service with seven people on November 30, 1969 in Shingildong of Youngdungpo District in Seoul, South Korea. Why Need to Know about the Devil

The Bible shows that behind all the works of God, the Devil stands as the enemy. However, it does not mean that the Devil is in equal status with God. God does not fight with him; He just condemns and judges the Devil.
